What a year it has been and, as ever, the good people of our profession have stepped up and got on with caring for the deceased and their bereaved families in much larger volumes and with very different requirements and restrictions, but done this with the utmost compassion and professionalism. The fact that we are an unsung frontline work force shouldn’t really matter - we do our job well whether anyone is looking or not! Thank you all. Keep up the great work and take care.
