I write to thank every member of our team who has worked so hard in the last year; Administration officers, chapel staff, cleaners, crematory team, gardeners and Medical Referees. Every single person made a valuable contribution to ensure families were able to have funerals without delay. It has been hard not to carry out funerals in the usual way. Everyone adapted, made personal sacrifices and continued to smile. With this message it is hoped you know that you are all truly appreciated. x
